• Gary has a sign- up sheet, from Penny, seeking help at products booth at the state rally.
• Micky is looking for help to work the booth for membership at Algona.
• A big THANK YOU to Vince for the food provided at the meeting.

Apparently, Santa’s submission from FFR did not make the Road Noise this past month.  Hmmm?  Jeppe is going to look into it.

• Need 4 groups of bikers to go to 8 bars each and pick up old calendars – meet at Hedine’s @ noon on the day of June meeting (June 26).

• Wednesday, Doc and Chris will meet with the Winery
• Cost to have it at RCC is $630.00

NEW BUSINESS

• Shirley made a motion to pay the following bills:

$55.00 for the hospitality room
$25.00 to Donna for website domain name
$200.00 vendor fee for State Rally
The motion was seconded by Ritchie.  Motion Carried.

• State letter from Edgar. Broken Spoke will give 10% back to Abate of MN for any camping or trailer parking. There will be a code issued, use the code. If you already made reservations, you may be able to use the code for the deal.

• July meeting:  Keep it the last Saturday of the month. Dean made a motion to have the July meeting at Jo Jo’s in Henning. Cindy second. Motion carried.

• August meeting:  Don made a motion to have the August meeting in Clitherall at On the Corner.  The motion was seconded by Bob.   Motion carried. 

• September meeting:  Mary made motion to have the September meeting at Millers.  Ritchie seconded it. Motion carried.

• Dave Olson:  Terry Sibert, who has road guarded with us, had back surgery that left him paralyzed from the chest down. There is a Benefit for him on July 10th, from 4:00 – 7:30 p.m., at the Eagles.  Don made a motion to donate $100 to the Terry Sibert Benefit.  The motion was seconded by Rob.  Motion carried.

• Cindy Wolf:  Asked FFR to road guard.  Please register at the table that says FFR.  The ride will only cost you $5 to do the ride.  There will be a free will offering breakfast in Eagle Bend on July 4th.

• John Nelson: Looking for any new bars that are biker friendly. Dean asked if there is anything in Sauk Centre and will give names to John.

• Ronald McDonald ride: Jodi is working registration. She will try to get a good camping area for us. There will probably be 20 bikes going from FFR.

• Vince Wogan:  Please stay and eat.  Free will offering.
