..Biker Day at the Capitol – easy to sign up online .. bus schedule is: leaves Holiday Inn at 6:45 a.m. - dress like bikers and wear your leathers...no holey jeans or dirty shirts and/or covered in distasteful patches and please cover distasteful tats...no profanity......STAY ON BIKER ISSUES!!!! ASK HOW THEY ARE GOING TO VOTE!!! Do not interrupt the polititian.

Fund Raiser Report for Bike Show:
..flyers done and out
..Carlos Creek will custom label wine with FFR logo on them....sign up for how many bottles you want so that you get them...bottles 1,2,3 on live auction and 4 & 5 to the silent auction...our cost is $15.00 and will be sold for $20.00. Carlos Creek will pay for a shuttle to 2 area hotels.
..working with Casper Leather to be a vendor.
..approximately 5 small vendor spots left available....$25.00 if you know any one who wants a spot.
..there is live music all day that Carlos Creek Winery is paying for.
..new wine unvailing and we are linked on their website and on their flyers.
..please go out and get a door prize and/or raffle item – get them to Chris.
..$20.00 for the first motorcycle and 10.00 each if you have more than one to enter
Gambling: Motorcycle Raffle: Ray can get more posters – 628 tickets signed out and only 29 have been turned in.
Our Raffle tickets are here … 1,000 of them at $5.00 each and we will need to sell at least ½ of them. See Ray toget your tickets and then get out there sell.

BLIZZARD GAME: Open dates are February 20th (Saturday) or February 26th (Friday and the night before the February meeting). Ticket prices are $25.00 per ticket with beer, pop and food included in the price of the admission ticket. Motion by Doc for the 26th, Second:Brenda Motion Carried
Leaf Valley Toms (Wild Turkey Federation) would like a Sponsorship donation from FFR. They have donated prints to our rally's in the past.
Bob made a motion for a $225.00 non-attending donation. Second: Dean. Motion Carried.
OLD BUSINESS
- The person that emailed us bogus policy items was ousted from ABATE
- PAC is selling tshirts – donate $15.00. See Ray, pay Ray and he will get you the tshirt.
NEW BUSINES
July 24th – Bikers with Big Hearts – could we Road Guard?
Mary made a motion to road guard Second: Steve - Motion Carried
Bikers with Big Hearts would like to donate a bench for the FFR Bike Rally.
Bikers with Big Hearts Chapter really like homemade “apple pie” – anyone interested in doing an “apple pie”contest? $1.00 to sample 4 of the “apple pie” and vote for your choices. Howie says, “bring it on”.
